Our Vision
To become a leading name in refrigeration and cooling equipment, known for the perfection of our engineering rather than the size of our catalogue.
Jyoti Refrigeration Industry has been manufacturing chilling and cold-chain equipment since 1984 — built around one problem worth solving well: getting milk and process fluids to temperature fast, reliably, and at the lowest possible cost per litre.
We've spent close to 40 years manufacturing industrial chilling plants, instant milk chillers and cold storage equipment. Our focus has always been the same: give customers machinery that delivers the best cooling quality at the lowest cost per litre — which only comes from cutting cooling time down, not cutting corners on the build.
Our Instant Milk Chiller (I.M.C.) units are built across a full range of dairy scales — 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 litres per hour — so a single-village collection centre and a large cooperative plant can both be served by the same engineering approach.
For the last 20 years, we've worked directly alongside milk producers' unions, staying in close contact through the life of every plant we install — not just at the point of sale.
To become a leading name in refrigeration and cooling equipment, known for the perfection of our engineering rather than the size of our catalogue.
Customers come to us from every kind of dairy, food and process business, and each one deserves equipment options that actually fit their scale and budget — not a one-size-fits-all plant.
Energy-efficient, eco-friendly equipment, built to a standard that holds up to full customer satisfaction over years of continuous plant operation.
We keep developing and refining a range of cooling and freezing equipment that's easy to use, easy to maintain, and built on manufacturing processes that make day-to-day operation genuinely comfortable — not just efficient on paper.
Our I.M.C. design is built around shortening cooling time, which is the real lever on cost per litre.
Less time spent cooling means less energy spent per litre processed, season after season.
Cooperative clients running multiple units report lower maintenance overhead compared to older B.M.C. systems.
Refined over 20+ years of direct, ongoing contact with milk producers' unions and cooling centres.
"Our cooperative clients have applied to their governing bodies to formally recognise our I.M.C. plants as an upgrade path over B.M.C. systems — a decision made after years of running both side by side."
